This complex project optimized the space for our client - the STM, who needed to maximize their vertical space and increase their storage capacity. The challenge: the STM needed a high-performance, turnkey solution for high-density storage in one of their parts warehouses. The solution: our layout and technical drawing experts worked with our client to design a freestanding, heavy-duty and safe mezzanine, considering the available space. Our installation experts delivered a 39,000 sq. ft. 3-level platform, which tripled our client's storage space. Our client was then able to place shelves on this industrial quality structure. |

In the service department - wall to wall service bays. For each technician - 8 feet of tool chests divided into 4-foot sections with storage cabinets; computer storage; and a technician mobile cart.
All with storage systems from Rousseau metal, made in Quebec.
In the parts department - for storing medium and large parts, open shelves, half of which with integrated drawers to increase high-density storage of small parts. All ordered in the color that corresponds to the Porsche brand and standards. |
