Cogan Industrial Protective Guardrail - Single or double safety rails protect against impacts in industrial environments. Made of Grade 50 corrugated steel, signal yellow, in stock at Pedlex and ready to ship.

Dimensions :

• Choose between a single rail (17" high) or a double rail (42" high).
• Choose the rail length: 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7', 8', 10' (center to center).
• Rail height: 12". (Total height: 12 1/2" including end plates)
• Rail thickness: 3". (Total thickness: 3 1/4" including end plates)

Options :

• Post for a single rail (height 18", code depending on width: GRDS02 for 2' rail, to GRDS10 for 10' rail) or a double rail (height 44", code depending on width: GRDD02 for a 2' rail to GRDD10 for a 10' rail).
• You can order a complete unit (rail + 2 posts) with the product code for a single rail GRDS02 to GRDS10 depending on width and for a double rail GRDD02 to GRDD10;
• Or an add-on unit (rail + 1 post) with the product code for single rail GRAS02 to GRAS10 or double rail GRAD02 to GRAD10.

Includes :

• Heavy-duty guardrails designed to withstand an impact of 10,000 lbs at 4 mph (when properly installed).
• Constructed of ASTM A607, Grade 50, 13-gauge corrugated steel (13 GA thickness)
• Finish: High-visibility safety yellow powder coating
• Standard lengths: 2' to 10' center-to-center (exact dimensions from 19" to 115"). Custom lengths are also available to order.
• Standard 12"H rail welded to two 12 1/2" x 3"H plates (one at each end).
• These 1/4"D plates are pre-drilled with two 9/16" connection holes and bolted to the posts with 1/2" x 7" carriage bolts.
• Installation is achieved by anchoring the base plates of the 10" x 10" x 1/2" steel posts of the protective barrier posts directly into a concrete slab using heavy-duty 5/8" x 4 1/2" expansion anchors.
  The posts must be anchored in the four 3/4" diameter holes in each base plate, ensuring a minimum embedment depth of 2 1/2" to withstand impacts.
